Holidays
You’ll never work on Thanksgiving or Christmas day, and on other holidays, we only serve brunch (if you happen to be scheduled for one of those.) And, on Labor Day, we close our restaurant so all of us can get together for the annual company picnic (which is tons of fun, and your family is invited, too.)

For team members who work 30+ hours each week
Medical and Dental Insurance
We cover a portion of the medical premiums for you and your family.
Active Lifestyle Benefit
You’ll get reimbursed for up to $250 to cover entrance fees for approved races and athletic events you participate in.
Paid vacation
After your first anniversary, you’ll get one week of paid vacation. After that, you’ll get one week every six months. And we want you to take it. We think time off is necessary, and you’re more productive while you’re here when you have it.
Sabbatical
After your third year of continuous employment, you’ll get to take a sabbatical. That’s four weeks of paid time off. You qualify for sabbatical after every third year.
